Weekly Pool Maintenance

Our weekly service includes brushing the walls, stairs, tile line, etc., skimming and detailing, emptying all baskets, backwashing filters as needed, equipment monitoring and adjustments, chemical treatment and balance, and a weekly emailed service log.

We assign a specific day for your service based on your location and our route schedule. You will receive service on the same day each week, typically between 8 AM and 4 PM.

No, you do not need to be home. Most customers provide gate access and we service the pool while you are away. We send a detailed service log via email after each visit so you know exactly what was done.

After each visit, we email you a detailed log showing what was done, water chemistry readings, and any notes about your pool or equipment. This keeps you informed about your pool's condition without needing to be home.

We service pools in light rain. For heavy storms, we may reschedule to the next available day to ensure proper service. We communicate any schedule changes promptly.

Pricing & Billing

Weekly pool maintenance starts at $150/month ($37.50 per visit) for play pools up to 10,000 gallons. Diving pools start at $200/month ($50 per visit) for pools up to 20,000 gallons. Final pricing depends on pool size, condition, attached spa, salt systems, and other factors. Try the price calculator for an instant estimate.

Basic chemicals for routine treatment and balancing are included in your monthly service. Pools that require significantly more chemicals due to size, condition, or water chemistry issues may have additional charges, which we discuss upfront.

Pricing depends on pool size (gallons), whether you have an attached or separate spa, salt chlorine system, nearby trees/shrubs that add debris, property type (owner-occupied vs rental), and pool condition at the start of service.

We bill monthly for weekly service. You receive 4-5 visits per month depending on the calendar. There are no long-term contracts required.

Yes, we offer volume pricing for property managers and customers with multiple pools. Contact us for details on multi-property pricing.

Pool Repairs

We repair pumps, filters, plumbing, automation systems, heaters, salt chlorine generators, and other pool equipment. We service all major brands including Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, Zodiac, and Polaris.

Common signs include unusual noises from the pump, poor water circulation, cloudy water despite proper chemistry, visible leaks, equipment not turning on, or error codes on automation systems. If something seems off, contact us for a diagnosis.

Yes, always. We diagnose the issue, explain what is needed, and provide a clear written quote before any work begins. We only proceed with your approval. No surprise charges.

We may charge a diagnostic fee for repair visits, which is typically applied toward the repair cost if you proceed with the work. We discuss all fees upfront before scheduling.

We do both. When repair is the cost-effective option, we repair. When replacement makes more sense due to age, condition, or parts cost, we recommend replacement and explain why. The choice is always yours.

Service Areas

We serve the entire Phoenix metro area including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Cave Creek, Goodyear, Avondale, Sun City, and surrounding communities. Contact us to confirm service in your specific area.

The easiest way is to request a quote with your address. We'll confirm service availability and provide pricing for your specific location. You can also call us at (602) 616-6776.

Pricing is based on pool characteristics rather than location within our service area. However, areas significantly outside our normal routes may not be serviceable.

Getting Started

Simply request a free quote through our website or call (602) 616-6776. We'll discuss your pool, provide clear pricing, and can typically start service within a few days of receiving your service agreement.

We do not require long-term contracts. Service is month-to-month and you can cancel with reasonable notice. We earn your business through quality service, not locked-in agreements.

Basic information includes your name, contact info, service address, pool type and approximate size, whether you have a spa or salt system, and what service you need. The more details you provide, the more accurate your quote will be.

For weekly maintenance, we can typically start within a few days of receiving your service agreement. For repairs, scheduling depends on availability and urgency.
